I have complied to all their request to get the fee taken off but they are still charging me and will not refund my account. I keep getting told they will take care of it but they do not. I have had terrible customer service from Lilia who is supposed to be a manager. They are not a reputable company. I am told by my new company that I have signed up with that these fees are illegal and not legitimate fees.”
