I was NOT satisfied with how it worked. I put the 'machine' back in the box and called about returning it and was asked if I had the original receipt, in which I did. I was told on the phone that they would not refund my money because it is an electronic device and they had signs all over the store that stated they would not refund or exchange electronic items..( I did not notice ONE sign ANYwhere at the time I purchased the fog machine!) They problem is..the item I purchased wasnt working right when I took it out of box!! I called the store and talked to manager, that didn't work so I went as far as calling the corporate office. I was told by them that they SHOULD refund my money since I had receipt. For that reason alone (it wasnt working properly/wasn't satisfied with how it worked for what it cost when I opened it), I should get a full refund!*” ...Show less »
