Claimant says: "On Jan.11, 2012 I ordered a sectional couch online thru Overstock.com (O.com) for $794.99. They had a picture of it, I ordered it and financed thru O.com. They sent me a receipt that my order was successful and I even ordered the 5 year Accidental Damage Plan. Six days later I got a message on my voice mail from Chad N. telling me there was a mistake.
