Claimant says: "Extremely poor service...lack of courtesy to clients. When I ordered a new garage door on July 9, 2010, I was told it would be in to the company within 4 weeks. After 5 weeks, I called the company a number of times over a three day period; the calls were never returned. When Frank finally responded, he indicated the door was there. We made an appointment to have it installed today (8/26) at 8 AM. I called at 9 AM and tried to determine the status.
