Claimant says: "Started the process of refiancing, paid about $500,00 for an appraisal , Some paperwork issue arouse . Were working through them, then never heard from them . This started in Feb2011 it is now Oct 2011 still waiting for someone to return call. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Everyone has the same answer. Someone dropped the ball. Especially since I pay the same company my mortgage every month.”
