He said once they received it they would issue my refund to the original account it was charged to and I would receive it in 3-30 days. I returned the package on 3/16/11. REFUND NEVER HAPPENED! I called again and spoke to Debra and she assured me the refund was forthcoming. REFUND NEVER HAPPENED! Then spoke to Jordan who said my refund was denied, but, when I told her the whole story again, she spoke to her Supervisor who said she would be expediting my refund immediately and I should have it in my account in 3-30 days.
