Claimant says: "I went into this establishment to get auto insurance after previously speaking to one agent over the phone & another agent there was nice at first but then he become short with me. He called me a liar, he slandered me calling me derogatory names, he cursed at me & was threw racial slurs at me while my two kids stood there, watch & listen to their mother be cursed & treated like an animal. There were other customers in the store as well who had to come diffuse the situation. After my kids became upset & starting to cry I left to calm my children. I was approached my another customer who was in the store from the beginning of the altercation, who stated that he was wrong & unprofessional to curse at me & call me names as if I was less than a person to him.
