Claimant says: "I have brought Cadillacs for the past forty years. This is my eight one and this is the third one I have brought from this dealership. I really do believe that they know the paint on this car is defective or possibly the finish was demaged when they detailed the car before delivery. I was told this by one of their technicians in the detail shop that he suspected this happen.
