Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Customer service runarounds

Claimant says: "I would just like to send the tapes back and be done with The Midwest Center AA+D without any threats against me from them. I don't want to keep paying for this. I have already paid over $180 for a product I do not want or need and don't like. I am sorry I wasn't home to receive the tapes and get them back within the 30 day trial period. Things were a little off kilter during that time. I really do feel taken advantage of ---and such bad business practices.”
