As well as my stress induced illnesses, which includes a diagnosis of depression. When I do call in sick, I always go to the Dr. and obtain, not only treatment but a Dr.'s note and return to work date. Inspite of all the things that I have done to try to protect my job, I was terminated on Thursday the 23rd.
