Claimant says: "Marak Ind., Inc. told me that for $1500.00 they could get me a loan modification with Litton Loan Servicing, LLC of Houston, Texas. Then I was contacted and they said they needed more paperwork. I submitted that. Still no word from Marak Ind., Inc. After a few more faxes, emails and phone calls, I received information from Gabrielle Mackey stating that she had talked to Litton and that Litton said no to the loan modification. I asked for a refund of the $1500.00. She said they do not give refunds. But, a statement in the paperwork that I signed says that I could get all but a retainer fee refunded. The mortgage is now in the hands of Ocwen Loan Servicing,LLC and they do not offer Loan Modifications. I need that money back.*” ...Show less »
