When we finally made our way to the register and paid the bill, I asked to speak to the manager, and it turned out HE was one of the people who had walked right past us. When I told the cashier this, she called somebody else for me to complain to, who ended up turning it all back on me that I should have asked for help. Since when does a customer have to ASKED to be helped...when it is obvious help is needed? He then turned his back and walked away...never offering to help us load the stuff into our truck. I will NEVER set foot in that store again, and I will let everyone I know about how I was treated there. I am destroying my Lowe's card after many years of frequent use and will do all my shopping at Home Depot.*” ...Show less »
