Claimant says: "i went to liberty tax office for my taxes. I am retired and no deductions etc just a simple tax form. I do have two rentals which i needed to file a paper for that with no deductions for expenses. i was charged 200.00 which the lady didn't tell me it was that much until she was finished. when i asked why so much she said you have rentals so we charge that much. Complaint Types: Bad business practices, Customer service runarounds, I'm worried and not sure who to contact to get my copy of my taxes. I don't know how to contact them other than the number they gave me., Problem with a service

Claimant says: "We had are taxes done by Liberty Tax Service. They asked us to come back in a couple of days to get a copy of our taxes. My husband and my self have gone there numerous times and know one is there. I have called several times left messages to call me or my husband to find out what a good time would be to pick up our taxes. They never called us.
