Claimant says: "I went in on October 14 to show them that my glasses that I had not long ago purchased had stress crqcks/fractures in them The gentleman working at the time had gom=ne to his computer and looked as of he hsd placed an order to replace my lenses. Told me they will be ready within 2 weeks It is now November 17th and I have learned that Lens Crafters Has JUST ordered My lenses 2 days ago!!! November 15th. This is unacceptable service.
