It did rain that day so I called him that afternoon and he stated he had not come due to the rain but he promised to deliver on Wednesday 7/28/10 and he again NEVER shoor called. Since that day we have called both of his listed phone numbers and have texted him requesting either 1) an explanation 2)a cash refund or 3) a money order for the $125.00. I have NOT been able to reach him as only his answering service picks up no matter what phone we use or have someone else call. I have been to his shop repeatedly to no avail as he is never there.
