I thought I could fix this problem but the ceiling continued to crack until the crack was totally across the ceiling. I called Knight Topline to let them know and they did not respond except to say I would have to prove that their men did the damage. I had the ceiling replaced for $1259.84. At first I thought that too much time had passed to let the installer know about my problem. But the more I thought about it the more irritated I got because his men had to know what they did and did not tell me or the owner. His response to me was totally inadequate, unacceptable, irresponsible and childish. I think the least he could have done was to come look at my ceiling.
