Claimant says: "I contacted Mr. Miller by phone on March 4 2012 to mow my girl friends yard, and he agreed to do so, and was going to charge me $200 dollars and I agreed to let him do the work. In the mean time we had nearly 3 weeks of rain and he never got to it and my girl friend and I broke up on March 19 2012 and I called Mr. Miller on tuesday morning march 20th at 9am and ask him not to mow the yard as we had broken up and he agreed not to mow it and I agreed to let him keep a $100 of the $200 for his trouble and he offered to se” ...Show more »
