Claimant says: "I ordered from HP directly by phone a desktop all in one computer and a wireless printer which I paid for at that time, the last of June. I received said pc and printer the first of July. The pc has many issues which I tried to resolve by calling HP tech department. I have been in contact with different tech numerous times with no results. The printer I was told by a HP tech has a hard-drive problem which they would send me a reconditioned one to replace it.
