Claimant says: "I took my car there for repairs and I was told it would take 2 weeks. My car was taken there due to a car accident that I was in. The person that hit me put me in a rental car for the time being. There was no communication between the insurance company and Hall Auto regarding the need to extend my rental car. Therefore I was charged $223.30. Hall asked me to fax them a reciept and they would cover ONLY 3 days and they still have not done that. I have been driving my husbands car for 3 weeks and he has been car pooling. ” ...Show more »
