I saw the trainer for a couple of weeks, when I inquired of his whereabouts I was told he no longer works here. That someone would contact me from the fitness center. I haven't heard from anyone yet. I emailed customer service and I was told that I could not cancel or get a refund unless I got a statement from my doctor saying that I could not exercise, or that I had moved away.
