Claimant says: "My husband has his VA deposit in Fifth Third. All the tellers at the bank inside Kroger knows this. He wrote a check, post date, 2 days before his check was deposit on the 1st. They sent the check he wrote before the 1st. The check bounced. When his VA check came to the Fifth Third. They sent his VA check back to VA, stating that he closed his account.
