Joe put $2,743.70 instead of $1,400 on the contract and he signed my name himself. He never told us that the total would be $2,743.70. If he told us that the total would be $2,743.70, we would decline it IMMEDIATELY. He already knew that I already told him at Deaf Expo at Pleasanton Fairground on Oct. 8th and he really knew that he could not convince us to buy it if he told us that he would take $1,100 off from $3,800 so he had to trick us by telling us that he would take $1,100 off from $2,500 TO CONVINCE US TO BUY IT because he already knew that I told him that we wanted to keep our 2007 machine and new machine with complete unit ($2,499.95) is too high. He tricked us that he put $2,743.70 on the contract which we couldn't see. I told them I never signed it myself and Joe signed my name himself while he is in San Diego and we are in San Ramon. They told me that Joe should not sign my name on it and they offered me $2,000 flat. I didn't say anything to them. Then I called Joe and later he returned my call and I noticed his behavior was odd when he immediately told us that he was not finished with extra before I had a chance to tell him that we got a huge bill ($2,743.70) instead of $1,400. He told us that we got misunderstanding (we knew he used to say that as cover up) I told him NO NO NO and his signs were very clear. I told him that Ron was with me a whole time and he saw what he said he would take $1,100 off from $2,500 a few times before I asked him if I was right that he would take $1,100 off from $2,500 TWO TIMES. Joe said yes, he would take $1,100 off from $2,500. twice. I told him no way for us to pay $2,743.70 which we never agreed to pay, but ONLY $1,400. I told him we wanted to take them back to him and he told us we would have to pay $225. to return them. I told him no and he had to pay it for tricking us. I hanged up on him with so angriness. I already made it clear to E A that we won't pay $2,743.70 and kept telling them that the contract is FRAUD as Joe put $2,743.70 instead of $1,400. on it. Next day I called EA if they still offered me $2,000 flat, but they told me to call Doug Stewart (858 210 3764) and told him everything what happened. Doug told me that Joe should not sign my name on it himself. He asked me to email him that I never signed my name on it and he gave me his email address so I did. I didn't hear from Doug for 9 days while we were out of town (he knew we were out of town. and he told me He was sick and he told me Joe told him I made a story and he is sticking to his claim that he took $1,100 off from $3,800 and threw in all kinds of supplies. I told Doug if Joe told us that he would take $1,100 off from $3,800 on Oct. 28th, we would decline it immediately. We knew that he won't tell us that he would take $1,100 off from $3,800 because he ALREADY KNEW that I didn't want to buy new one at Deaf Expo because price was too high so he had to trick us by telling us that he would take $1,100 off from $2,500 to CONVINCE us to buy it. He tricked us so dirty! Later I told Doug that E A kept charged us the interest while Doug kept me waiting too long. Doug told me that Joe wanted to offer me $400 for trading our 2007 machine. I told him no because i researched online that 2007 machine would cost between $900 and $1,000. Doug told me Joe told me to keep my 2007 mach. and $2,099. with $400. off. I told Doug okay only, but I never told him that I agree to pay $2,099 because I still resented him because I don't trust him because he and Joe live in the same city San Diego. I did ask Doug if I was right that $400. would be subtracted from $2,099 and he said no and $400 would go to principal which he never told me how much and he told me Joe would pay $400 to my contract as fast. I didn't get what Doug meant. It sounded not right to me so I asked him to send me a new contract with $2,099 flat, but he told me that I didn't need new contract. I told him I demanded him to send me a new one to see with my own eyes a few times because the original one is FRAUD bec of amount was not right and told him I knew he tried to get me stuck with fraud contract. I still demand him to send me a new contract, but he refused. he kept telling me that I already agreed to pay $2,099 with my sign on that contract. I kept telling him that I never signed it myself, Joe did it himself. I did ask Doug if Is the total $2,099 and he said yes. Last Monday we got a bill of $2,428.84 included fines which got me very upset. Doug told me a lie as he told me yes, the total would be $2,099. earlier. $2,428.84 really gives me a NIGHTMARE and cause me have a lot of emotions and much angriness. Ron wanted me to send new machine with unit back to them if the cost is more than $1,400. which we already agreed only.
