Claimant says: "Wrote a check for $55.00 to purchase a book. Check was cashed 1/29/16. Have not received the product. I have called several times and left a detailed message with no response. I assume this was a SCAM as my account was comprised shortly after that purchase. There was a report filed to the sheriff department but this was not included as I truly believed that this was a legit company with a worth while purpose.”

I ordered 6 issues of American Woodworker for $43 and 10 issues of Family Handyman. To date I have not received either magazine. I paid a total of $95 for the 2 magazines plus a $15 process and handling fee. My receipt No. is 74893. I would appreciate either a complete refund or my magazine subscription to start immediately.
