Claimant says: "My husband was a patient there. The billing office called his room asking for money or a credit card. They insisted on speaking with him. When I went to their office a person(Lashell Bloodworth) identifying herself as the caller said this was hospital procedure. I told her this was WRONG. Patients should not be harassed. She stated again it was hospital procedure and directed me to the necessary department when I told her I wanted to register a complaint.
