Claimant says: "I had a freezer go out on me. The serviceman Mr. Grayson, stated it was the relay & overload. He was wrong, later he stated it was the compressor. He charged me $128.71 and my freezer is still not working. Mr. Grayson, stated later after several phone calls that it would cost me too much money to repair so he would only charge me for the service charge of $59.95, and cut a check for the difference to me.
