He charged me $128.71 and my freezer is still not working. I am disable and living on a fix income and Mr. Grayson just took advantage of the situation and then lied about putting a check in the mail as it he thinks this is a joke. This is business and I don't have any extra money to be giving away. It seems since he did not fix the problem I'm due back some of my money if not all of my money. On the receipt it states there is a 30 day warranty on repair and the freezer is not repaired. The date of repair was February 27, 2012.
