Claimant says: "I have not used People PC services since December of 2009. I didnt realize my checking account was being charged $18.90 per month until recently. The service was for dial up internet service. I havent even had the phone service that was being used for the past six months due to moving. The old phone service was disconnected in April of this year. I spoke to four different people about this. They are refusing to refund any of my money. They even had the audacity to inform me that I owe them for October!”
