Claimant says: "Back in April 2011 we had a flood in our basement due to sewer back from a torrential downpouring of rain. We called Dry Right immediately to remove water. They came out in a very timely basis. We fortunately have sewer backup coverage on our homeowners policy. We as most have a $10,000 limit for this type of claim.
