Our insurance adjuster and agent said they have never seen a bill this high for water removal from a basement of our size. They and we were very angry over the price gouging that was done here. Our insurance agent was so upset that he has called other area agents and told them about this...I am sure Dry Right, Inc. probably won't be doing much work for claims through our insurance company again in this area. I actually asked a friend of ours, that had a flood, although it was on their first floor...has the same square footage...how much they were charged and their bill was $2,500 for the same thing and the fans were in there the same amount of time.*” ...Show less »
