I called up the company and told them of the problem and they said that I signed an agreement and that was all they could do, I was later told that they would give this information to the manager of the rental office and they would be calling me back by tuesday5/4/12, no one called. Please realize that most people dont read all agreements when they are at an airport and faced with all the other confusions which go along with travel. Please help me on this case.
