Claimant says: "Since June 18, 2010-August 19, 2010, we have had 5 losses of electricity, ranging from 6 hours, 12 hours twice, and 35 hours. Each time, the staff is uninformitive and rude. I contacted the Mayor's office and was told the problem was a Underground Cable issue 4 times, and weather once. A Bloomingdale administrator Daniel WENNERHOLM SAID THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH but was finally contacted and told the same issue keeps occuring.
