Claimant says: "A Comcast install was done across the street at 103 Jefferson Drive, Palmyra, VA. 22963. The installer cut the electric wire to my underground pet fence. I have had it repaired for a cost of $135.00. I have the receipt and the cause stated on the receipt. On 7/12 I was told someone would call me within 24 hours ??? I received no reply. I have had it repaired for a cost of $135.00. I have the receipt and the cause stated on the receipt. On 7/12 I was told someone would call me within 24 hours ??? I received no reply. On 7/16 I received a message from Comcast that all they needed was the address of the install where the damage was done. I called back thinking all I had to do was give in the address. No, the process started all over again. I was told someone would call me back ??? No reply from Comcast. On 7/21 I called Comcast again and talked with a very nice representative who told me I would be receiving a call back ??? No call back On 8/24 I called and spoke with Elizabeth who was escalating my request up to a higher person. She said they would call me back. I mentioned that I had a copy of the work order from my Underground Pet Fence representative, explaining that the damage was done by the Comcast install.
