Claimant says: "A Comcast install was done across the street at 103 Jefferson Drive, Palmyra, VA. 22963. The installer cut the electric wire to my underground pet fence. I have had it repaired for a cost of $135.00. I have the receipt and the cause stated on the receipt. On 7/12 I was told someone would call me within 24 hours ??? I received no reply.
