During the conversation the customer service rep informed her that the accident policy #R6220463 we needed to drop because we had added on a new accident policy #T4010790 in December 2010; sold to us by their Agent, Dawn Bultena; Agent #GJDL.(she is no longer an agent for the company). Dawn Bultena the agent had been to our house in December 2010 and gone over our coverages and set us up for our benefits and we knew our coverages and felt we were covered now. What Combined did over the phone was inconsionable.*” ...Show less »
