Claimant says: "I was sold a car under extreme duress. They would not return my keys to allow me to go home and think about what car I might want to buy from several different car dealers. They forced me to stay, since i had no way to leave without my old car keys. It took almost 5 hours and I am diabetic and was desperate to got home since I was feeling close to going into shock. The company's sales practices are horrific and I think illegal possibly.”
