In early 1/8 Citizens inspector came said Citizens would not pay for the ducts, which we had paid the full bill, but did not remove ceiling grates in our home, therefore did not find no sealant had been placed. In 1/09 on a routine inspection, ProAir tech came, removed ceiling grates, found no sealant, and placed mastic sealant as my wife and I watched. Also in 2009 Pure Air Controls Forensic came found excess fiberglass by air sample in our home & mold from outside air sample not found in our home & they did total home and garage cleanup & remediation. Their cost & having to replace furniture, bedding, thick carpets, etc. left our total costs at 10's of 1000's bucks.
