Claimant says: "My wife made a small purchase online from Carol Wright, Dr Leonards and we had 3 surgeries the following Month, Meanwhile we became past due for a $20. late fee. 3 months later being very broke at that time, I called them and made a settlement offer which they refused. They ask me to fax my problem and circumstances which I did. a month later and no response, I called them now owing over $140.00 and they offered to settle for $118.00 so I had my bank the following payday, send them $120.00 in two payments two days apar”

Now they want another $113.55 and at this point I refuse to give them any more.
