Claimant says: "In February 2011 I went to the office of Carl G Zoecklein, looking for help to save my home. They offered me a loan modification and their fee was $4,000.00. I was supposed to pay on installment, the first payment was $2,000 and the next month I payed the office another $500. Everything seems like they were working on my case with Bank of America, but one day I call Betsy Zoecklein which is Carl Wife and the one that handle the loan modification to check the status of my case and she said that nothing has being sent to ” ...Show more »
