Claimant says: "Failure to reimburse me for the cost to replace a pump in my spa. The spa was under warranty so I requested a new pump. I was told to take the pump out and sent to Cal Spa. Two problems, no one in Utah would service Calif Spas, secondly it was still March in Utah and I could not just take the pump out and leave spa unprotected from the cold and potential of frozen.
