The cruise ship crashed on Halloween and is in dry dock until February. They notified me on Dec 4th of the situation, 5 weeks after it happened and 1 week before vacation. It was a caribbean cruise line mailed promo. She called the cruise line and tried to cancel and they would not give her money back. She was charged $800 and they were going to credit $400. There is no cancellation clause in their operation.”
