On September 12th I called Byers outlet to ask about getting the Jeep inspected and told them that we have purchased a 2 year warranty on the Jeep. I set up an appointment for Sep. 14. When dropping the Jeep off, I presented the troubleshooting receipts to the mechanic. He said he would call me when he figured out what was wrong. They called the next day and told me that the problem was not covered under warranty. I told them we have not even had the vehicle 30 days and it is already breaking down. Byers was refusing to cover the maintenance. Now they said they will pay for half of the charges.
