Claimant says: "I, Kelly Deeds and Zachary Charles purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Byers Outlet on August 20, 2011. On September 11, 2011 we were driving the Jeep, the engine began to stutter and RPM's were dropping. This happened 4 times while driving that day. Due to it being Sunday, Byers was closed so we went to Auto Zone. At Auto Zone, our Jeep was connected to a diagnostic computer and 7 troubleshooting codes showed up.
