Claimant says: "I purchased a Long Term Care Policy for Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Home Care Protection on February 8, 2001 for $128.64. On January 1,2011 I was notified that the cost would be $173.31. That was more than we thought we could afford so we opted to take less benefits for the cost of $140.95. Now on September 8, 2015 the cost of my reduced benefits went up to $189.80. I contacted the company and was told I could reduce payments only by taking another deduction in benefits.
