After contacting the Atty.Gen. & the BBB, I learned that Al;abama does not have a Lemon Law and being from Michigan, I thought that was a God given right, but not here in Alabama. I feel messed over and totally screwed. This man took my money, knowing very well that this car was totalled at one time and should've never been put back on the road.
