Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "back in April I told them I wanted to cancle my account because their product was no good .It was always breaking down. the alarm was going off and the door was wide open and they never called to see if something was wrong or even call the police like they were suppose to. Then I found out they have it in my daughters name. She doesn't live here. They are turning it over to the collections.
