Claimant says: "This is a policy when you rent a car and it cost $17.00. American Express sells you a policy to cover any loss or damage to your rental car. When you have a problem they have a whole office to reject any claims that you file. I have been using this insurance for 17 years with no claims. I'm advising you not to use AMERICAN EXPRESS RENT CAR INSURANCE. The supervisor doesn't call you back and her name is Ann Little. I called and left messages and emailed her directly. NO RESPONSE. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.”
