Claimant says: "I put the membership card on my charge card and was promised to receive paperwork explaining the product prior to my card being charged. The paperwork did not arrive prior to the impementation of the card and I could not review in time to cancel it. This was done on February 10th and the paperwork was not mailed until March 13th and was not received until March 17th. How could I possibly know wether this product was falsely represented?
