Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Problem with a product

Claimant says: "I prshased two universal bed rails at a price of $40.00 each. When I put them both up the same day they both broke at the latch within a 24 hour time span. The kit came with all pieces including the 2 beam legs to hold the middle beans except they did not come with the beams. This was very odd and ineffective, which as such caused both frames to break for a queen and full size mattress.
