Claimant says: "On April 14, 2011, I purchased a brand new Lennox air pump to provide heating and cooling to my rental home. For the past six to seven months the unit has failed to work. Numerous reapirs have been made by the company to no avail. The unit will work for a short period of time and then cease to work thereafter. I spent 5,228 dollars on this unit in addition to almost two hundred dollars on an electrician per AC warehouse's request in an attempt to resolve this issue.
