Claimant says: "FEB, 2010, I CONTACTED AUTO LOAN CPR(BY EMAIL) TRYING TO ACCQUIRE A REFINANCING LOAN WITH THEM TO LOWER MY CURRENT HIGH INTEREST RATE WITH MY LENDER(FIRESIDE AUTO). I PAID THEM A $99 PROCESSING FEE, AND ANOTHER $100 THEY REQUIRED. THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED $299, BUT THEY WAIVED THE EXTRA $100 BECAUSE I GAVE THEM AN ADDITIONAL 2 REFERALS. I SIGNED/NOTARIZED/FAXED ADDL REQUIRED INFO TO THEM. THEY NEVER KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON EVENTS WITH MY LENDER AND WHERE I STOOD.
