Claimant says: "on August 28th or 29th I called & asked how much to spray the inside & outside of my home, he identified himself as Steve, he said $50.00. $25 for August & $25.00 for September. He asked what kind of problem I was having and I said ants and roaches. An employee of his company came August 30th and sprayed inside & out. The next day I noticed the ants & spiders were still there seemingly unaffected by the insecticide. I called back, Steve said it takes time for the insecticide to work.
