At first I was told by two of their technicians and the Store Manager that this was a normal symptom but later indicated that I could avail myself of a free inspection. That free inspection cost me $136.42, the problem is worse than before and the Store Manager refused to refund my money. I filed a complaint with the Commonwealth of Virginia Attorney General and later with the BBB.”
