However that was short lived.. because each time we found an itinerary we liked, we would go to ???buy??? button and every time it said not available or gave us a higher price, regardless of how many seats they said were left. We were seeking special medical treatment in India so it was not an option not to go. I thought using Orbitz would get us the best price and good choice of airlines. We spent 3 hours a day for two weeks trying to schedule and finally gave up in frustration, hired a friend who spent several days working on it full time for $150.00 We started with site prices of 800 to $1200 and ended up paying $1600 for each ticket. This was more than a month out for travel.When we direct called the company, they said prices were being ???adjusted??? and to call back in an hour. I call this bait and switch. (We found the same tactics being used on Travelocity.) We'd like to be compensated for our search time (15 )hours; the $150 we had to pay to get someone else to do the search; $900 additional airfare we had to pay from the original 800-1200 that was promoted and then unavailable. I am unsure how to calculate the hair-tearing frustration of tedious back and forth on the computer. Or a voucher to Rome which was going to be our honeymoon along our route. Our dates were very flexible so we could have taken many of the flights several days on either side of our desired date, but this had no effect. I would like to continue to use Orbitz as it promises real savings but the recent frustration makes me really reluctant to use it again.*” ...Show less »

Without prior notification, residence have been exposed to unsafe conditions and management has been negligent and remiss in protecting the rights and safety of the residence. Because he admitted to us that he knew that the tenant before us was really dirty and his kids are the ones that cleaned the apt. not them. I also want other tenants to know how these lanlords are.”
