I asked for other options because I was not happy with the hearing aids as they were not working for me even after the adjustments and could not be adjusted any further. Since we live in a small town it was hard to get an appointment to try something else and the 75 day trial period ran out and now I am stuck with these hearing aids that I cannot use.
